Question from Michelle

“What is the importance of taking the pills on a completely empty stomach? I have troubles doing that because sometimes I eat dinner late at night, so there are times I don’t have much of a window to work with between the time I eat and the time I go to sleep. Also, I eat many times (at least 5-6 small meals) throughout the day, and try to fit in the cell cleanse pills on an empty stomach, but I can’t at all times. Is it better to skip the pills on those days when I can’t take them on an empty stomach or take them anyways? I am also half way through my bottles and haven’t noticed any difference anywhere or in anything. Is there a reason? Thanks”

Hi Michelle,

The problem with taking Neurocleanse with food is that the precursors to glutathione complete with the protein in your food.  You could take Neurocleanse with fruit or other non-protein foods without a problem.  You could take Neurocleanse 30 minutes before you eat or 1 hour after you eat.  This should give you many opportunities to take CellClear on an empty stomach.  We changed the directions from starting people on the ultra dose to the maintenance dose because we had too many complaints of detox symptoms (such as headaches etc.)  Gradually raising glutathione hopefully will not give you any symptoms although with some individuals it still may do so.

Thank you,

Dr. Detox
